 Los Gatos 50th Annual Christmas Parade 
 Amateur Radio Service (ARS) communicators are needed to staff Radio Communication positions for the 50th Annual Children's Christmas and Holiday Parade in downtown Los Gatos on Saturday morning, December 2nd. This is a fun & entertaining low stress community service event commencing at 11am; you will be home by early afternoon. This year, for the 50th anniversary event parade organizers are planning special programs and expect higher attendance.

 Hams Needed Again for CCCC on Oct 14 
 The Coyote Creek Cycling Classic is just around the corner, and they are seeking about 15 volunteers this year. The event is on October 14th.   PAARA Meeting Rescheduled to Sept 8th 
 The Palo Alto Amateur Radio Assocation (PAARA) monthly meeting has been rescheduled for Sept 8, 2006 due to the Labor Day Holiday. The meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the usual location -- Menlo Park Recreation Center, 700 Alma St, Menlo Park (In Burgess Park).
