Recurring Testing Sessions in the SCV Section

Silicon Valley Volunteer Examiner Group (SVVEG) Affiliated with the ARRL VEC. Test sessions are held every 1st & 3rd Saturday in Cupertino, plus additional sessions.

Sunnyvale VEC Test sessions throughout Northern California and Oregon, with a schedule posted on their website.

Emergency Communications Course for Ham Radio & CERT
This class is designed for CERT members, ham radio operators, neighborhood teams, and others who want to learn about communications in a disaster. Covers all radio and communications systems, including Ham, FRS, police, fire, etc. You don't need a ham license for this class, but it is preferred.
